MacRobertson Girls’ High School bus service
Since 2000 we have proudly partnered with MacRobertson Girls’ High School to run a dedicated private school bus for students across Melbourne’s southeast suburbs.

2026 seat enquiry
Cancellations have freed a limited number of seats for 2026. Send us your details and we will confirm whether a seat is still available. Sending this form does not commit you to booking or payment.
We offer a seat from the date your child starts, and we charge the fee pro-rata for the weeks remaining in the year.
2026 route and pickup locations
26 stops between Rowville and the school gate on Albert Road. Students must be at their stop at least 3 minutes before pickup. Open the interactive route map.
Times can change during the year, usually by a few minutes, when roadworks or traffic conditions force a re-time. We contact riders before any change.
The A and B prefixes on stop codes are legacy zone labels only — for 2026 every stop is one single fare.

2026 fees
All amounts are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. The bus fee covers the morning and the afternoon run.
That is one figure for the whole year, and it includes the $250 administration fee.
Joining partway through 2026? The bus fee is pro-rated. Billing counts the school year as 40 weeks, so you pay for the weeks your child still travels. The administration fee is not pro-rated. Ask us and we will confirm the exact amount and the due date before you commit.
Ask about a 2026 seatCredit card payments incur a surcharge. Talk to us about a payment arrangement for a part year.
Commonly asked questions
What do the A and B at the start of a stop code mean?
These are legacy zone codes from years when pricing was based on zones. For 2026, every stop is included in a single fare and the codes are for reference only.
Can I sign up for just a short time or a single term?
Bookings are for the full year. That is what keeps seats and the timetable stable for everyone on the bus.
If a seat frees up partway through the year, we can offer it from the date your child starts, and the fee is charged pro-rata for the weeks remaining. Contact us to check whether a seat is available.
How do I track the bus?
You can track the bus in real time with the RollCall app. We send the details to every enrolled family before the school year begins.
What happens if my child misses the bus?
Please make alternative arrangements for transport to or from school. The bus cannot wait at stops, because that would put every later stop behind schedule.
What if my child is late to the bus stop?
Students must be at their stop at least 3 minutes before pickup. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals. If your child misses the bus, please arrange alternative transport.
Can I change the pickup or drop-off location after enrolling?
Yes. Use the RollCall app for a one-off change, or email us for a long-term one.
Who do I contact for changes or questions?
Email us at [email protected]. Please send every change, request and question that way. Email gives both of us a written record of what was asked and when.
Is there a sibling discount?
There is no sibling discount. Each seat is priced on its own, which keeps the fare the same for every family and the service sustainable.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
How the bus fee is calculated. The calculation excludes the annual administration fee, public and school holidays, planned student-free days, and any surcharges. The school year counts as 40 weeks for billing. We use the matching weekly rate to work out the fees used, any credit due, and the remaining balance.
Termination invoice. We credit any paid weeks and charge the termination fee below. That leaves either a refund or a balance, and a balance must be settled to complete the termination.
Termination fee.
- Nil Before or on 31 December 2025
- $750 Between 1 January 2026 and 25 January 2026
- 50% After or on 26 January 2026, of the remaining balance
If a student is leaving the school, we halve the termination fee when you send a leaving certificate or a letter from the principal.
The annual administration fee and any payment or instalment fees are non-refundable. We give no refund or credit for an absence through personal reasons, illness or an afterschool activity.
Are there any late payment or dishonour fees?
Yes. A $15 late payment fee applies per invoice, and a $15 dishonour fee applies to each failed direct debit. We may refer an overdue invoice to a debt collector, and we charge the recovery costs.
What if my child loses their RollCall bus card?
A replacement RollCall bus card costs $10. If your child forgets their card, a manual tap-on fee of $1 per day applies.
What happens if the school is closed temporarily or permanently?
For a permanent closure we give a full refund, after deducting the fees for the period used. For a temporary closure of more than one week we issue a credit for the closure period, from the second week onward, and the credit is available at the end of the year.
Live outside our route?
We are considering an expansion of the MacRob service to new suburbs in future years. This is an expression of interest only — it does not guarantee a service or a seat, and we add no new route for 2026.
Tell us your suburb and we will contact you if a route reaches your area.
